Privacy Policy

How we handle data on the Atlas public website. Kept short on purpose — the site is simple and so is this policy.

Last updated: March 14, 2026

Scope

This policy covers the Atlas public website at atlasmeets.com and the contact paths on it. It does not cover product-specific, enterprise, or customer data handling, which is documented separately during evaluations.

What We Collect

If you email us or request a demo, we receive what you choose to send: name, email, company, and your message.

The site generates standard server logs through our hosting provider (Vercel). These include IP addresses, browser information, and pages visited. We do not add tracking scripts, analytics pixels, or third-party cookies beyond what the hosting infrastructure provides.

How We Use It

We use contact information to respond to your request, schedule conversations, and follow up on demo interest. Server logs help us understand general traffic patterns and diagnose issues.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

The site is hosted on Vercel. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts. No other third-party services receive your data through normal site usage.

If you need a full vendor and subprocessor list for a product evaluation, we will provide that during the evaluation process.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions and emails are retained as long as there is an active conversation or business relationship. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention periods.

Your Rights

You can ask us to show you what data we have, correct it, or delete it. Since the site has no user accounts or dashboards, these requests are handled over email.

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively. We honor all of them — email us and we will handle it.
