About Atlas
Atlas is building the first agent-native meeting room — a space where AI participates in the conversation alongside your team, pulling live data and presenting it in real time.
The problem we set out to solve
Meeting tools today are built around recording. They capture what was said, generate a summary after the call ends, and produce a list of action items for someone to follow up on later. The actual meeting — the place where decisions get made, where context matters most, where your team needs information in the moment — is left mostly untouched by AI.
We saw this gap repeatedly in our own work. A hiring debrief where someone says "pull up the scorecard" and everyone waits while somebody switches tabs and shares their screen. A client review where a question about market comp requires a five-minute detour to find the numbers. A strategy session where the follow-up email takes longer to write than the meeting itself.
The information and the analysis exist — they are scattered across databases, CRMs, documents, and internal tools. The missing piece is something that can bring them into the room at the right moment, without disrupting the flow of conversation.
What Atlas does differently
Atlas places an AI agent into your meeting as a full participant. The agent listens to the entire room — every speaker, not just the loudest one — and maintains a running understanding of who said what and what the conversation needs.
When the room needs data, the agent fetches it in the background. Candidate scorecards from the last three rounds. Compensation benchmarks cross-referenced against internal bands. Pipeline numbers pulled from the CRM. The meeting does not pause. Results appear on a shared canvas that everyone in the room can see — charts, tables, comparison views — or the agent speaks up with a concise answer when a visual would be overkill.
The agent connects to your existing infrastructure through MCP servers, direct API integrations, and custom skills. Your databases, your evaluation pipelines, your communication tools. Atlas does not replace these systems — it makes them accessible during the meeting, in context, without anyone having to leave the conversation to go look something up.
Where we are today
The product is in active development and available for early access. The public site, the interactive demo, and the core meeting room experience are all live. We are working directly with teams that have high-stakes meetings where live data access changes the quality of the decision — recruiting debriefs, investment committee reviews, client strategy sessions, and deal rooms.
Atlas is a small, remote-first team. We are focused on getting the in-room experience right before scaling distribution. If you are interested in the product, the most useful thing we can offer is a live demo — fifteen minutes in a room with Atlas tends to communicate more than any page on this site.
See it for yourself
A 15-minute live demo covers more ground than this page can. We will run Atlas in a room with you and pull real data live.
